Program Volunteers
Volunteering with Tiffin Parks & Recreation is fun, challenging and rewarding. Through serving as a program volunteer, you can increase your leadership skills, share your knowledge with others and be challenged by a new experience. Our program volunteers help out at special events such as the Fourth of July Celebration, Pepsi Pitch, Hit & Run and the Fall Festival.
Program volunteers also help with youth programs such as our sports camps, fun days and little league. Tiffin Park and Recreation's heart and soul are its program volunteers.

Teen Volunteer Involvement Program
Become a V.I.P. Teens, a minimum of thirteen years of age, can get involved in their community by joining the Tiffin Park and Recreation's Volunteer Involvement Program! The volunteers in this program assist with a variety of special events, park clean up days and day camp activities. Teen volunteers donate their time and expertise while earning valuable service hours needed to fulfill school credits, National Honor Society and college entrance. Not to mention, volunteers are very important and make a difference in their community. Come be a part of these new and growing programs!

Community Service Projects
In our large park and recreation system, we could not do what we do without you. The dedication and energy of community service volunteers enables us to take on park improvement projects we would not otherwise have the time to do. Community Service Volunteers team up with their neighbors, co-workers, church, school or community organization to organize service projects; Teams spend a day outdoors to aid in caring for and improving our public park land and green spaces. Tiffin Park and Recreation will work with you to design a project your team will enjoy.

Sponsors
If you don't have too much spare time on your hands, you can still help. Many of our special event programs and youth summer camps are made possible through sponsorship by local businesses and organizations. Sponsorships allow us to offer more special events and to provide our youth programs for free. In addition, local businesses and organizations gain recognition for giving back to their communities.
If you are interested in sponsoring an event or program, please call Steve Dryfuse at (419) 448-5408.

Donations
We accept monetary donations toward our many park projects. Your support of Tiffin Park and Recreation Department goes toward the direct cost of a project and has a direct impact on parkland, playgrounds and facilities. In addition, in-kind donations are also accepted. For example, prizes for tournaments, sports equipment for youth leagues, office equipment and printing costs have been donated. We work hard to keep our youth programs free of charge and we continually streamline our operations to make the most of every dollar we receive.
If you would like to make a donation, please contact Steve Dryfuse
