Returning players MAY be registered (espcially if contact information has changed since last season, but they will remain with the team they played for last season). RELEASE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNIFICATION STATEMENT In signing this release for myself or the named participant, I agree, in exchange for participating in Tiffin E League Baseball or Tiffin Ponytail Softball that I am fully aware, understand and assume all of the dangers and risks of this activity and waive all claims or causes of action which may otherwise arise out of participation in these programs. For myself, and the participant, I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Tiffin, its employees, volunteer instructors, other participants, and any other persons related to these programs from liability or responsibility for any damage or loss of any kind whatsoever which is caused by participants taking part in Tiffin Park & Recreation programs. I give permission for Tiffin Park & Recreation to use for park and recreation or league publicity any photographs or videos in which my child appears.
