Adopt a Park

The Adopt-a-Park Program aims to unite and support all people interested in improving Tiffin's neighborhood parks and green spaces. Volunteers include school groups, churches, scout troops, businesses, service organizations, youth groups, senior citizen groups and clubs.

What can be adopted? All parks and walking trails may be adopted. Areas that may need particular attention include playgrounds and sports fields.

How do Adopt-a-Park volunteers help? Adopt-a-Park volunteers may do any of the following: pick up litter, remove graffiti, rake leaves and limbs, report hazards and care for trees.

How do you adopt a park? Contact the Ottawa, Sandusky, and Seneca County Waste District at (888) 850-7224 or visit them online at recycle@oss.org
